The Headlight Doctor: Warranty & Disclaimer Policy
As The Headlight Doctor, we take pride in our craft and aim to provide the highest quality mobile headlight restoration. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty exclusively for our Premium Lens Armor Package to provide you with long-term peace of mind.
What is Covered
- Yellowing & Clouding: Our 1-year warranty covers the premature return of yellowing, hazing, or clouding on the treated headlight lens, provided the restoration was performed by The Headlight Doctor.
- Performance: We guarantee that our Premium Lens Armor process will maintain optical clarity under regular driving conditions for a period of one year from the date of service.
What is NOT Covered
- Physical Damage: This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from accidents, collisions, road debris, rock chips, scratches, or any impact-related damage occurring during the 1-year period.
- Improper Maintenance: The Headlight Doctor is not responsible for damage resulting from the use of abrasive chemicals, harsh cleaning agents, or power-washing techniques applied by the vehicle owner or third parties.
- Standard Service: The 1-year warranty applies only to the "Premium Lens Armor Package." It does not extend to the "Standard Service" option, which is an aesthetic service without the long-term protective seal.
